Leo has in a tragic single vehicle accident passed away as a result from his injuries on Wednesday morning the 30th of September 2015.

 

A popular figure in and out of the water at all the quality surf breaks in Bali; we will miss his big smile, infectious laugh and go for it attitude in solid surf!

 

He has shown so many people across the world the way around Bali and its surrounding islands to surf breaks where many people young & old have had the waves & experience of their lives.

 

I have had the privilege of surfing with Leo for many years at the very same locations and would like to honor him and the sport and lifestyle he loved so much by continuing his legacy.

 

With a score of seasoned local guides with an intimate knowledge of Bali’s waves, tides & seasons we can still show you the way.

 

To all the people that have been touched by Leo over the years we would like to invite you to come again and surf your favorite locations and enjoy the waves that will continue to grace these shores long after we have all had our fill of waves from the island of the gods.

 

We like to think that Leo has a chair right next to them with a Bintang in one hand and a Shaka for you in the other.
